Best TV Ever!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I finally bought my dream tv this year when it went on sale for $1799. I am so happy with this TV. I honestly didn't calibrate it and just turned motion smoothing off and the Game Optimizer setting. PS5 games looks incredible and plays so well there is zero input lag. I have never seen video games with such detail and vibrancy! Movies and TV shows in HDR looks phenomenal as well! Sound quality is pretty good especially if keep it on the TV stand. It loses a bit when you wall mount it. LG OS is good as well but I barely use it since I watch most of my shows on the PS5. So not much to complain about. Overall I am super happy with this TV. I am glad I caught the sale and I will probably be satisfied for at least 3-5 years!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing , Impressive TV .. Attention Don’t try to install With out help .. See some tutorial on YouTube or foruns how to set up the base! The TV is very heavy ! The quality of picture is the best see! Movies looks like cinema, calibrating colors , advanced option is easy to configure ! I think that is Far the best gaming tv ... G sync , Freesync ,Low input lag , fast response .. on PS5 support 1080p 120Hz , 4K 60hz with lot of quality, better than my other TV Samsung Q80r .. PS5 don’t have games 4K 120hz yet but the TB support that with HDR and HGIG .. VRR an ALLM it’s possible setup as well but only XBOx have that technology! Thank you so much LG for that TV ..

Phenomenal TV, customer service was non existent.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off I must say this Tv is leaps and bounds better then my LG 4K IPS panel. The added brightness on the C1 does help greatly in lit rooms. My only big caveat is the lack of a gig Ethernet port instead of the abysmal 100 megabit port. It’s 2021 given the ever growing 4K stream libraries people need access to a better pipe LG. When I purchased the Tv at bestbuy I purchased it through the app while in store as was instructed due so but upon asking for them to pull the item, they told me to come back tomorrow as they couldn’t pull it. When I asked why he rebutted that they didn’t have enough staff yet I saw a team of 20+ people unpacking pallets for black Friday around the store. It felt like I was a burden to the reps for buying the tv. In the end great tv but seriously horrid customer service. This explains why in person shopping is in a decline.

Outstanding panel for Series X/PS5
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m someone who will spend two months researching products before pulling the trigger on something. To keep a long story short, if you’re looking for the best tv at the best price to take full advantage of features in next gen console(or PC) gaming, look no further. This thing is totally future proof and games have never looked so good, I’m blown away even when returning to old titles that don’t utilize the many features. You should only be worried about burn in if you frequently leave sports or news channels playing all day that have bright static huds on the screen. Game huds are typically small/dim enough that you should never have to worry, even with very prolonged game sessions - and most games have features to dim or hide huds completely, which I’ve been using. Best Buy delivered and placed the box right in my living room, the whole experience was/has been great. The ‘wiimote’ feature felt gimmicky at first but after a couple months, I exclusively use the feature to browse streaming services, etc., much faster than clicking through everything. You won’t regret this purchase.

Phenomenal experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just wow!! The picture quality is amazing and the gaming features are outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend this TV for viewing movies, watching sports, playing video games and even surfing the net if you'd like. The blacks are the best I've seen in any TV. The TV shines with 4K Dolby Vision content and looks fantastic with HDR as well. I tried to upload some pictures but they don't do the TV justice. You have to be there in person to enjoy the full experience. The brightness is also really good. The C2 is probably going to be another great TV and yes it is brighter than the C1 but the C1 is plenty bright. Not to mention it's about 700 to 800 dollars cheaper. This TV is the best bang for your buck. Get it, you won't regret it.

Unbelievable
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are some things in life you pay good money for... and if you value home entertainment this is one of them. The picture is absolutely remarkable. The clarity and picture quality is bar none. You will see details you wouldn't otherwise notice and it really makes content so much more fun to watch. Dolby Atmos on Netflix looks phenomenal I have an Xbox Series X and the Game Mode is such a great feature. Games look great and you can choose what type of video game you're playing to get the best picture quality. I have mine in a darker room with room darkening curtains. If I dont close the curtains it picks up and hint of light and ruins your picture. Sound quality is decent, but I chose to get a soundbar and subwoofer to really make the best of the experience of the C1. I also chose to buy the 5 year best buy warranty because I wouldn't have been able to enjoy this constantly worrying about burn in. If you are able to spend the money you will not be disappointed. It's by and far the best picture I've ever seen. They say once you go OLED you can't go back and the C1 has made me a believer.

LG screens are AMAZING, as usual.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OLED is still king. No comparison. If you're worrying about burn in, go to a BestBuy store and look at the OLED screens on display. Those demo screens are on 10 hrs a day. No burn in. Anyways.....This 65" LG C1 replaces our 55" OLED LG B9, Which has been moved to the master bedroom. This is the best TV I've ever owned. Hands down. The App interface is just ok, but I use an Apple TV for my streaming apps anyways. I have a Playstation and a Nintendo Switch. My 3 year old LG OLED 55" B9 has over 3000 hours of use, with no burn in. If you vary your viewing content, you'll be fine. The internal speakers are ok, but the TV is flat, so what did you expect? We use a soundbar anyways. Brightness is great for our needs.

The best OLED TV out there!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C1 is truly the best OLED TV out there! If your looking for a high end OLED TV that supports all of your tech needs such as: deeper blacks, accurate colors, 4K 120fps, NVIDIA G-SYNC, Free Sync premium, 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs, high brightness, elegant design such as a glass screen and aluminum back, and most importantly a TV that is future proof for the next 5-10 years than this TV is for you! In terms of gaming the LG C1 is truly the best OLED TV for it as it gives more life to games more than ever with low latency while using the “Game mode” input while connected to a next gen console such as a PS5. If you have an older console such as a PS3 or an Xbox 360, this TV will 100% bring more life and color to those older consoles as the TV has a range of options in order to make the picture seem more vivid and sharp which is an A+! At 65 inches this TV definitely brings movies and gaming to a whole new level without a doubt. This definitely is the best OLED TV out there!

Q: QuestionI have a 5 year old LG Oled TV that has significant burn in and am eager to replace it. I do watch CNN and CNBC a lot, so it's their logos that are the issue. While I know burn in is endemic to Oled, has LG made this less likely on its new models?
Asked by TuftsJumbo.
- A:Answer OLED TVs have special features and settings to preserve image quality and prevent burn in and image retention. First, under OLED Screen Saver there is the Pixel Refresher that calibrates any issues that may arise on the screen when your TV has been turned on for a long time. Calibration takes more than an hour. The second feature that can be employed is the Screen Shift feature which, moves the screen slightly at regular intervals to preserve image quality. A third option is the Logo Luminance Adjustment, which can detect static logos on the screen and reduce brightness to help decrease permanent image retention. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionWhat size is the box this TV comes in? I want to know it will fit in my car for pickup.
Asked by Brian.
- A:Answer Ignore the prior answer The listed shipping dimensions for the box are 67.5 x 38 x 7.8" and 89lbs. It most certainly does not weight 908lbs! The TV, itself, weighs in at 53lbs.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between LG oled A1 and C1 series?
Asked by Ken.
- A:Answer The differences between models OLED65A1PUA and OLED65C1PUB are the C1 is a higher end model OLED. It offers a greater output power, speaker system, HDMI 2.1 on all 4 ports (4K@120Hz), and a higher rate rate 120Hz versus 60Hz. For a side by side comparison of both models, please see the link, https://www.lg.com/us/compare?bizType=B2C. ^Daphane
Answered by LGAnswers
Q: QuestionWhy is BB description of the C1 inaccurate. Like # of HDMI 2.1= 0 witch is a Lie. BB NEEDS TO DO BETTER
Asked by BillH.
- A:Answer I noticed the same thing when purchasing mine. I ended up looking on LGs website and the specifications say that all hdmi inputs are 2.1 compatible.
Answered by Gamerguy89
Q: Questionwhat is the difference between oled and qled tv
Asked by ed.
- A:Answer There are many differences, but the main ones are: OLED TVs use light from each individual pixel, while Q-LED uses a traditional backlight to illuminate the pixels OLED TVs have better image quality than Q-LED TVs (although Q-LED is still very good) OLED TVs aren't as bright as Q-LED TVs, making Q-LED better for bright rooms, but OLED much better for dark rooms or room where you can draw the shade OLED TVs are much thinner than Q-LED TVs, although weights remain similar OLED TVs are more expensive then Q-LED TVs
Answered by ChrisP
Q: QuestionI’ve read this TV has Cinema mode…what is cinema mode vs Filmmaker mode? Without being able to “test drive” this TV in a store, I want to make sure it plays movies as they were meant to be viewed and does not have the soap opera effect.
Asked by George.
- A:Answer Cinema mode is similar to any other "movie" mode. The Filmmaker mode is the one you want it set to to watch how the director intended.
Answered by JBaum
Q: QuestionDoes the LG C1 have the new ATSC 3.0 tuner?
Asked by Atarria.
- A:Answer No, this model does not have a NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0). ^Daphane
